The Üttinger Brewery was one of the first breweries in the newly established state of Sirratal after the Great Flood in Europe in the year 2100. It was founded in the capital, Sirra, by Manfred Pier Üttinger in the year 65 after the Great Flood and was closely connected to the ruling church in Sirratal from the outset. Soon, the church granted him the exclusive right to produce and distribute a Märzen beer with an alcohol content exceeding 5%.
The bottle design of Üttinger was implemented as the standard bottle in a deposit system, and the beer could be enjoyed directly from it. The population in the capital, Sirra, was so enthused by the Üttinger Truebrew Märzen that it eventually earned the reputation as "The True Water of Sirra."
